2025 Serving Breaks application form

This form is for serving RAF people applying for a break with their families for 14 February to 27 June 2025 ONLY. Applications for July to December 2025 are closed and will open in May. The form will take a few minutes to complete. Other types of assistance can be accessed by speaking with your unit welfare team.

 

It is important to provide us with proof of RAF service to enable us to process your application. Please attach your proof of RAF service.
