Charity of the Year

A Charity of the Year partnership is a fantastic way to motivate and unite your employees and demonstrate your commitment to the RAF Family while helping to get those in need in your communities back on the radar and raise the funds needed to provide the support which they are eligible for.

Typically, a Charity of the Year partnership will raise money through staff fundraising events and help to increase awareness of the welfare services available.

From taking part in our Hardest Day Challenge to holding cake sales or themed one-off events, employees all over the UK are raising money for the Fund, getting to know each other better and having fun.

You'll have a dedicated team to help develop ideas and motivate staff. We can report back to you on the difference your support is making, invite you to events where you'll hear from those we're helping, and keep you up to date with how we’re meeting the needs of the RAF Family.
