THANK YOU FOR VISITING THE RAF BENEVOLENT FUND GARDEN

We are delighted that you visited our garden at this year’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show. We are honoured to have showcased our wonderful garden, highlighting the work we do to support current RAF personnel, veterans and their families.

If you missed picking up a copy of our brochure on the day, don’t worry! Our digital copy tells you all you need to know about the design of our garden, the sculpture and our plans for the garden after the show.

Who is our garden designer?

Our RHS award-winning garden designer and sculptor John Everiss has an incredible connection to the RAF through his father Stan’s service during the Second World War. Stan Everiss was a navigator in Stirling bombers, and survived being shot down over occupied France in 1943. After being hidden by local resistance fighters he was eventually guided over the Pyrenees and eventually reunited with his family.

Who do the RAF Benevolent Fund support?

At the RAF Benevolent Fund, we provide lifelong support to serving and ex-serving RAF personnel and their families. We can support those in the RAF Family throughout their life; however big or small, we provide a tailor-made approach to each individual situation. From confidential counselling and mobility aids to financial grants, we offer a range of support.
