Free Will Writing Services

You don't have to leave a gift to the RAF Benevolent Fund but we hope you consider doing so. The support we provide to 6 in 10 of our beneficiaries is only possible thanks to gifts in Wills.

At the RAF Benevolent Fund, we are pleased to offer the option of a Will writing provider; free to members or supporters of the RAF Family. Find out more below about this helpful service below.

Free Wills with National Free Wills Network

You can make or amend Wills face-to-face for free with the National Free Wills Network.

This network gives you access to hundreds of solicitors across the country, to make it easier for you to tailor your Will to your needs. However, spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. All you need to do is:

  1. Fill out this enquiry form to let us know you'd like to use the National Free Wills Network.

  2. We will refer you to the Network and they will send a pack directly to you containing a list of your local participating solicitors and a form.

  3. Contact your chosen solicitor to make an appointment, take along your completed form and get your simple Will written for free.

Important Information

A couple of important points about the scheme:

  • Using the free will scheme doesn't mean you have to include a gift in your will to the RAF Benevolent Fund, but your consideration is appreciated.

  • Any complex financial arrangements such as a trust or tax planning may incur an additional charge.
