We will usually respond to your enquiry within 5 working days, if it needs to be dealt with urgently, please give us a call on 0300 102 1919. Please note this is not an application form, our direct application form can be found here.

If you require advice and support during this time please contact Veterans’ Gateway on 0808 802 1212 who are available 24/7. If you find yourself struggling or think it would be helpful to have someone to talk to, we have a 24 hour wellbeing support line where you can speak to a trained counsellor. You can call, for free, at any time on 08081 751365.

If you require urgent medical support contact NHS direct on 111. If you are in crisis or have a life threatening emergency call 999.

Unfortunately we are unable to help as we only provide support to those in the RAF Family. Please could you contact Veterans' Gateway or SSAFA Forcesline who may be able to provide assistance.

We will attempt to contact your client on three occasions. If we are unable to contact them by the third occasion, we will make no further contact. We may not be able to provide ongoing updates on the progress of your referral.
