Free wills
Writing a will can be confusing and complex – let us make it easier for you.
We have two different free wills services available, an online and telephone Wills service – Farewill, and a designated solicitor service via the National Free Wills Network. How to access both services is detailed below.
Farewill
Farewill offers two options for completing your Will:
Entirely online (this option is currently only available in England and Wales) - reviewed by a professional will specialist. Please use the code RAFBF-WEB.
Telephone (available UK-wide)– you can call direct on 020 4538 2378 (please mention that you have come via the RAF Benevolent Fund) or request a callback.
National Free Wills Network
As part of the National Free Wills Network, a nationwide group of fully qualified and regulated solicitors, we can offer a limited number of free Wills to our supporters, making it easier to update your will.
To receive your free will, firstly please provide your contact details.
With your permission, we'll forward your details to the National Free Wills Network, who will then put you in touch with a local, participating solicitor.
Need to know...
A couple of important points about the scheme:
- Using the free will scheme doesn't mean you have to include a gift in your will to the RAF Benevolent Fund
- Any complex financial arrangements such as a trust or tax planning may incur an additional charge
