The RAF Benevolent Fund celebrated the hard work of its fantastic supporters at its annual awards ceremony last night (Thursday 25 April). 
We can support funding towards wellbeing breaks for those experiencing pressures or challenges and who could benefit from a break away.
On Wednesday 1 May, RAF Benson serviceman Jake Palliser will be taking on an epic 87-mile solo trek to raise money for the RAF Benevolent Fund.
On Thursday 18th April, the annual Lord Mayor’s Big Curry Lunch, organised by ABF The Soldiers’ Charity, took place at Guildhall in London. 
There are a number of other charities who may also be able to offer you advice, assistance and support with living independently or with a disability.
